Hi all, I am new to FarCry (just installed yesterday and I am already in love with it). I am a CF developer for a south florida company and we are evaluating FarCry to merge to ours existing applications. So far I am recommending farcry to my boss....
So, my first issue. I am trying to use the Friendly URLs plugin. I download the code and installed. I made the changes to both jrun-web.xml and web.xml files. I made the changes in the farcry admin. I see that the txt file is been generated but for some reason I am getting HTTP 404 erros whenever I click any node. I already saw the mailing list archive and I am using the right (/go/). My system information: IIS 5.0 Windows 2000 server CFMX 6.1 (latest one) website port: 84 (is there any problem if I am not using the default port?) here is a piece of text from my Friendly URLs file: 192.168.1.158=84/go/support\=/index.cfm?objectid\=8521C6E5-402B-4F6E-B99A002ED956FE91 127.0.0.1=84/go/support\=/index.cfm?objectid\=8521C6E5-402B-4F6E-B99A002ED956FE91 Congratulations to all developers for this wonderfull tool!
