Under the SITE option the FILES tab has suddenly started showing
duplicate entries for each file item. These are EXACT duplicates. Clicking either one always selects the top one. And each file has a
duplicate.
I haven't seen this before. Because the tree is built using js make sure it isn't your browser. Try another browser or client machine. Or try clearing your cache. If that doesn't fix it then see if you can get a copy of the DB and web files and run them on a development server. Then you can try things like FIX TREE.
