hit the button next to the image property button, looks like text doc icon.
This is the same functionality as what is already in FarCry as Chris explained. Instead of mucking about adding new buttons to soEditor itself, you simply define your html templates (not the standard webskin templates) and when you then go to the body step you will see a new drop down box under soEditor that has all the html templates listed, basically the same list as what that custom button does in the example above.
