[farcry-dev] Navigation Node Question

When editing a navigation node what are keywords used for? Are they to be output as a metadata? If so how can I retreive them? Are they used for verity?

If they are not used for metadata keywords, does anyone know how I can populate keywords (metadata) and description for specific pages?
