The good news is the type conflict is not at all serious and your system will work fine without any troubles. It's annoying to see any warnings when there shouldn't be any.
Basically the precision (ie. the number of decimal places) for the numeric property appears to have been changed from one version to the next. Your picking up that difference.
We have different levels of support for different DBs in this COAPI schema evolution area. Depending on your db the code may happily update your data -- or it may just bug out and fail. Need more information :)
