Hi Tom, > DELETE refContainers > where containerid NOT IN (select objectid from container)
Yep, ran the query and all is well. Thanks. > download the latest updates for 2.3 from CVS. I had made a local mod (in container.cfc) that checked if 'label' existed but I was thinking that a series of data cleansing functions would be a good addition to admin (like the others in the Diagnostics section of COAPI); without knowing too much about the relationships within the db structure, I guess rouges could be created in all ref... tables? Tom, my query returned 1065 rogues. Yep. Not a suprising number. This query will wack them for you. Make sure you backup your Db first (just in case) DELETE refContainers where containerid NOT IN (select objectid from container) Also, download the latest updates for 2.3 from CVS. I've patched container.cfc to fix this problem. In the official release for 2.3 there will be an item in the updater to clean-up refContainers so if you want to wait until then it's ok. The rogue records aren't hurting anything. > On object specific containers, is there some doco on Container Reflection? Container Reflection is new for 2.3. I haven't seen doco on it yet but maybe if we ask nicely Daemon will create a "How to" for it. I've got a Captivate license burning a hole in my pocket right now and when I get some free time (yeah right!) I'd like to produce some Farcry demo's with it. ~tom --- You are currently subscribed to farcry-dev as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/ --- You are currently subscribed to farcry-dev as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/
