Technically there is a minor bug for backwards compatibility. This only regards people using the @import in importCSS and not wanting to apply the new media type feature. A fix should be out sometime soon.

I have committed Jeff's fix to cvs in both the head and p230 branches (file is farcry_core/tags/webskin/importCSS.cfm).

From Jeff:

"If no media types are set (basically everyone upgrading) and they are using the @import option, the output code (html) looks identical to the way it previously did (for backwards compatability). If however one media type is set, this option is overridden (thus they are likely in a dev environment and are discovering the IE bug for the first time. If they use <link> instead, there is no issue with IE)."
