The problem was in farcry_core\tags\navajo.cfm. The code that creates
new user profiles and sets the FirstLogin flag seems to be in flux right
now. I've added the old code back in to the head branch for the time
being ...

It seems this error is caused because at first login the farcry user
has no profile. I installed 2.3 on SQL Server a few days ago and I
didn't have this problem. Anyone have any ideas?
