[farcry-dev] V2.3 Error on sending draft object live

I just came across on odd issue.  On pages that invoke the child links 
rule, anytime we try to send a draft object live we get the following 
error (BTW these are sites that have been upgraded from v2.2).  The 
childlinks is the only global rule, simply invoked via "<con:container 
label="childlinks">"

 Element LABEL is undefined in CONTAINERDATA.
