On Behalf Of Whenever a new news item or event is created they are
automatically put in draft mode. A user has to hit request approval or submit
approval for them to go live. However if those approved items are then modified,
the modified versions are automatically live. I had expected the approved
version to stay live and the modified version to be back in draft mode waiting
approval. Is this bug? If this is intentional is there a way I can get
around it? I want contributors to have to get approval for any changes to
