So it sounds like before deployment you only have acknowledgement that the
cfc for the type is present. After deployment, the cfc is noted and the
database table is examined for existance and that it matches the cfc. If
it matches the cfc you get a 'deployed' designation and if it does not
match the CFC you get a new deploy link.
That about sums it up. :)
