We're not sure what the story is here just yet, but its a known issue.

Essentially the routine used to *create* the verity collection doesn't work under CF7. However, once the collection is created then all appears to be well.

A work-around is to create the Verity collection under the CFAdmin, and then proceed to build and index collections as per normal.
