Here we go.

a) delete the support branch from a fresh 2.3 installation. I also noticed some other more complex ways to reproduce but this one was the easier by far.
b) mentioned above.
c) sql server type.

more info: CFMX 6.1 w/ latest updates. IE and Firefox.
