Well, there are a lot more to do. As far as I remember:
1 - Setup the datasources
2 - Add the farcry CF mapping
3 - Setup http.conf
4 - Assuming the CF version will still the same there is nothing to do but if it is CFMX7 it may not work with Farcry versions before 230.
5 - If using FU, add the servlet and setup the right values to the new boxes IP and domains.
6 - If using any other plugins, install and setup again. Like ImageJ.
7 - ???
may be there is more but as far as I know that will be all ;o)
