Hey Geoff,

I turns out I didn't have proper permissions on the server in question
to register the NTAuth.dll. I ran the regsvr32 command and it reported
that the .dll was being registered, but this apparently wasn't the
case. I asked our network admin to registering the .dll, knowing that
he had full admin privileges on the server, and all is fine now.
