I have been semi-successful in getting FC installed in a development

Not sure if you feel like using IIS (its free to install on Win2k. You
need the Win2k CD and can add it from Add/Remove Programs). If you
don't mind running it then you might find this short video tutorial
useful I have on my website (http://www.jeffcoughlin.com/?PG=9).
Personally I use Apache on my dev workstation. I may make a similar
video tutorial using Apache on Windows if people think it might be useful.
