Where do I get the updater from?  I went to the downloads page and don't
know which one I should use as there are no descriptions.  Thanks for
the advice!

So you *are* running the 2.3 core? 

If so,  did you run the 2.3 updater? The updater will fix the dups in
the refcontainers table.
