We had a server failure and not a great backup in place. We're slowly getting things back in place -- rewriting a bit of content as we go.

I wanted to consult the support forum – but all I get is an empty page – like the rest of the content pages.

You are still using a webserver -- just the built in one that comes with ColdFusion (calles Java Web Server or JWS). There should be specific instructions in the installation guide for this webserver.

The installation guide suggested to put all the farcry files, including websites files that use farcry,
Outside of the root directory of Coldfusion.
I did that, and created a mapping like it was described there, and then
It stated to "create a virtual directory" that maps to a folder within the farcry folders.

It gives an example of code to create a virtual directory -
But I don't know where to embed this code..???
