Hi I have a laptop that has sql server 2k setup as local host I am trying to setup farcry on this machine, the only problem is I seem to have some permission errors when connecting to the server from the cf datasource, to get around this in the past I setup the sql server access through odbc connector and then am able to connect the database fine, I guess my question is two fold:
I cannot connect to the database and the fields are not being populated in the farcry install, guessing because not set up in cf as Microsoft SQL Server source, is there a way round this? If not, has anyone had problems of this sort connecting to a localhost SQL server, messing with all the permissions does not seem to remedy the problem?
