I'm thinking about porting a website I manage to farcry, but that
depends on being able to recreate some functionality the current CMS
provides (like ecards) and stuff that is administered separately
(ecommerce).
But I'm having trouble finding good information about what kind of
architecture farcry has, and how extensions fit into it. How do rules,
types, etc interact with the admin, the final site, and the database?
Is there any documentation or howto for this? I've downloaded the stuff
of the official website, but its very shallow.
What exactly do you want to know? The technical whitepaper gives you an
overview of options. The how-to's give you some examples of how to
build relevant extensions. But its always good to have a well described
problem to answer.
