What do you get if you dump URL parameters on the home page?

It displays the homepage whenever I type in:
http://ci-nineteen.ci.fsu.edu:83/go/undergraduate
OR
http://ci-nineteen.ci.fsu.edu:83/go/C5F358AF-B0D0-81F4-9755DEDEBCCD44A0
(which is the objectID for the undergraduate page.
