Hi, It is not the same code that is moving. The code in rtpmanager is a new design we came up with not long ago. You can find some docs and diagrams at :

For now, if you want something that actually works, you want to stick to Farsight latest releases and gst-plugins-farsight, along with latest Gstreamer releases.
