That rtpbin should be renamed to rtpbin2 (the one in -bad). It will only be used by Farsight 2.0.

There is yet no implementation of the syncrhonisation of A/V for RTP streams, it will work for RTSP since you receive a base time, but for normal RTP sessions we need to use the wallclock in the RTCP.
