Hello farsighters! This release is to coincide with the new and exciting gst-plugins-good 0.10.9.
The G729 and DV RTP payloaders and depayloaders where moved there (with improvements). The liveadder had some minor improvements. And the dtmf source elements now that their clock-rate from the caps so they can be used with codecs that have clock-rates that are not 8000 !
