In theory, if you use multicast, yes. In practice, I have no idea, I've
never tested over 10 participants.

But my guess is that, if you have a large conference, you don't really
want a conference, what you really want is to broadcast, in that case,
something like RTSP is most likely more appropriate. Otherwise the whole
thing will become a cacophony.

There is a fully functional multicast transmitter.

I have not tested with IPv6 and I believe there may be some details that
need fixing for IPv6 to work. I don't think its anything major and I'd
gladly accept patches. My knowledge of IPv6 is very limited because not
a single commercial ISP offers IPv6 in my country.
