I do not know the answer to your specific request but just in case you are not aware of it please check the voice and video branch as that seems to have the greatest chances of becoming part of the official pidgin. You'd need to fix (if needed) the msn webcam support in fs2 and in pidgin add the needed support in the existing msn purple plugin.
