Hello, This release should make h.264 and Theora work reliably.
- Only send the RTCP Receiver Reports when not sending - Only advertise relevant telephone-event clock-rates - Use the common GStreamer common/ submodule - Fix various bugs Also, I will keep the API/ABI frozen for the rest of the 0.0.x series (but will break it when moving to 0.1.).
