Another quick bugfix release. This time its a bug in the nice transmitter that prevented from sending anything when using it in certain cases.
Also be warned that CNAME based stuff is broken in gst-plugins-bad 0.10.12, but I now think it was a bad idea all along and you should not be using it. If the source of the packets can not be determined from the network source address, then you should send the SSRC in the signalling.
