I suppose you're using farsight2, in which case, yes, it has been ported
and it works fine on windows! aMSN uses it and it is proof that it works
flawlessly on windows.
You can find binaries for gstreamer, libnice, farsight2, etc.. all
available in the gstreamer winbuilds project home page here :
