Hi, This should be fixed in the next release, as udp-bsd.h isn't shipped with libnice anymore, and never should have been included in the first place.
About the 32/64bits issue, it's an ubuntu issue, because they didn't compile amsn correctly for 64bits, and it has nothing to do with farsight. However, you should know that it doesn't really matter anymore because Audio/Video support isn't working anymore in aMSN. You can read all about it here : http://kakaroto.homelinux.net/2010/03/amsn-0-98-2-to-be-released-without-audiovideo-support/ KaKaRoTo Miguel Rene PAULIN wrote: > I get this error when compiling farsight2-0.0.17 > > fs-nice-stream-transmitter.c:49:21: error: udp-bsd.h: No existe el > fichero ó directorio > make[3]: *** [libnice_transmitter_la-fs-nice-stream-transmitter.lo] Error1 > make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 > make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 > make: *** [all] Error 2 > > Changing line 49 in > /farsight2-0.0.17/transmitters/nice/fs-nice-stream-transmitter.c > from udp-bsd.h to nice/udp-bsd.h worked for me. > > On the other hand, farsight2 did not work for me in Ubuntu 9.10 64bits; > aMSN complains > Farsight Prepare error : couldn't load file > "utils/farsight/tcl_farsight.so": utils/farsight/tcl_farsight.so: wrong > ELF class: ELFCLASS32 > > ¿Is there a 64bits library? > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval > Try the new software tools for yourself.
