They also need to install the latest fonts, and Windows 2000's
Service Pack 2.

BWCC32.DLL?!! You mean KBDFA.DLL?

Either you should use shift+D and insert an Arabic Yeh, which will work on
all Win2k machines, or every Win2k machine that needs to read your 
documents should update their fonts. No other way.
