[farsiweb] About Farsi In Web

Hi All
 I must do a farsi project.I need to sorting based on farsi.
I want to save information in mysql database as Windows-1256 and then sort
based on this information.
How can I solve this problem?
What is your suggestions?
My Mysql  is 3.xx.xxx
