This problem is happening for me in the example programs too... My
code is a slimmed down version of thula.cpp. See example run below.
I observed that the column names are always sorted in the output. So
for my simple program that always returns the same 3 columns, I just
sort the columns in my select string and expect them to be returned
that way.
