Hi, Seth, Thanks for the encouraging words. Regarding a ticket tracker, codeforge.lbl.gov is using gForge software and does have the capability to track trouble tickets. We have not been using it because the development team has been quite small and most of the new requests are generated from the teams that closely collaborate with the developers. As more requests come in from outside users, we will start to use the trackers more regularly.
