There is a long time since I send my last message to this list, but it does not mean I have interrupted the use of FastBit. :-) Currently, I supervise the student Anderson Chaves, who has been interacting frequently with the subscribers of the FastBit mailing list. We met today and had some doubts about the JNI code for FastBit. We are interested in manipulating the final query results in the main memory, instead of displaying them in the screen or redirecting them to an output file (-o option when using ibis). We would like to know if there is any implemented mechanism that enables such manipulation in Java. Investigating the milky.java code, we did not find it. Could you mention the classes we can use to implement such routine, if necessary?
