It looks like you have run the same command successfully twice before you encounter this problem. Is this right? Are there any chance that you can run the same command under a debugger? The debugger will tell you where ibis.exe get stuck. Would you be able to tell us what you have in the directory tmp? The top part of the cmd window appears to show something is going wrong - there is a string exception thrown somewhere. What operations were performed on the tmp?
