I had moved to using Linux (Ubuntu) with Fast Bit, in order to keep making 
progress in the mean time.
If you are able to make Fast Bit compile more easily on Windows, though, it 
would definitely be useful.
I will have to leave it to you to decide the best solution, though.

Hi, Chris,

As you might have noticed that the problem is in the file stdint.h
distributed by Microsoft.  The solution might be for us to use only
C++ header files.  Will look into this possibility shortly.
