I think you can generate on your own. Load a crash kernel using kexec -l <> ; and insert a kernel panic via echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger
After that once the new kernel is loaded you can find the vmcore of the crashed kernel at /dev/vmcore, /dev/oldmem. Hope this helps.
