AFAIK, there is no official kexec web page. All the kexec accepted patches are maintained mainline. Eric maintains kexec-tools. I think from the fastboot mailing list on OSDL, you should be able to at least copy/paste the patches posted in various discussion threads. I can't see the advantage of a sourceforge project for kernel patches. May be it will be helpful for kexec-tools. But who will put time and efforts in maintaining it? Currently maneesh is managing the kexec-tools patches (which have not been yet merged in kexec-tools).
