I am planning on putting together another release soon, hopefully
later this week. I just need to get my last couple of issues for
kexec-tools addressed.

I expect what is in my git tree to serve the purpose of development
releases. Something people can grab test and check before I make
a stable release, and a place for me to collect up patches when
I only have a moment or two.

I don't expect I will be a much better maintainer then I have been in the
past. There will a few days when I get my act together and I will
be able to do something, and on those days I will make some interesting
and valuable additions. Then there will be other days where I won't
be paying attention at all.

So someone collecting up patches and helping keep things from slipping
through the cracks is very much appreciated.

I am such a lousy maintainer I would love to hand it over to someone
else. I tried that once and it failed. The reasons there resemble
the reasons I am doing the relocatable kernel patch. I can handle
the really tough cases when they come up, and I care what happens.

So the best model I can think of is one or more lieutenants helping
out an absent minded maintainer. Roughly I've got abut a week
and then I am off of kexec for a while.

Eric
