I just fixed CSOUND on Linux. It seems that some header files are
missing in the new version of the libcsound64-dev package for ubuntu.
Indeed csdl.h includes a file named interlocks.h that was part of the
old package but that is not in the new one. Did this file was moved in
another directory or is it just missing?

Pure. In other words I don't have to recompile it.
The targets that currently dont work are :
- vst on Windows,
- alsa-gtk-32bits, csound-xxbits, jack-console-32bits,
jack-gtk-32bits supercollider-64bits on Linux
Everything is OK for OSX
