Fixed up the install_name of libHTTPDFaust.dylib in the same fashion (this
will now give the proper installation path depending on the global
$(PREFIX)). This is in rev. 791075.
Both changesets also affect the toplevel Makefile (need to pass on the
value of $(PREFIX) to the submake). This is different between the master
and faust2 branches, but the changes there are just two lines in total, so
I hope that there will not be too much hassle pulling this over to the
faust2 branch.
