Done. $(CXX) is now used throughout, so that the default system C++
compiler is used and you can easily switch compilers, too. Also, the
dynamic target depends on the proper phony targets so that 'make -j' works
without a hitch, and I added a 'make world' convenience target which builds
the most common targets (right now that is: all sound2faust httpd dynamic).
Ryan, I'll submit a corresponding update for the faust-devel and
faust2-devel ports later.
