oh i think i misunderstood your comment.
i thought that you had forgotten to add the sources for those js files,
and have *now* added those sources.
on re-reading what you wrote, i now think that these minified javascript
files will be automatically generated using faust2wasm¹ (or, after
studying the sources, more likely "faust2asmjs")
in the past they have been added to the git repository for "convenience"
reasons (although i don't understand the convenience yet; maybe you
could elaborate a bit).
as i understand it, these files are not strictly needed, and will be
re-generated during the build in case they are missing (and emscripten
is available).

¹ speaking of faust2wasm: what's the difference between the faust2asmjs,
faust2wasm, faust2webaudioasm, faust2webaudiowasm & faust2webaudiowast
compilers? https://faust.grame.fr/doc/manual/index.html#faust2wasm is a
bit...silent on this topic.
