Sure, this is clear. But faust can be used to process any data, not
necessarily audio.

Hmm. And even if the input is audio in the [-1, 1] interval, can you
provide any example when this assumption can help? Say, to generate
a better code? Or what? I am just curious.

OK, nevermind, at least now I know about this assumption.
