The Faust distribution now hosts a new tool called faust2api:

(Faust is now on GitHub, in case you didn't notice ;) ).
It allows to generate high level APIs to do Faust-based real-time audio
synthesis and processing on iOS and Android. The main idea is that you
write your DSP code in Faust, and everything else is taken care of (audio
engine handling, polyphony, MIDI, built-in sensors control, etc.).
You'll find a bunch of tutorials on how to use faust2api here:
