No. I downloaded the build linked from the website.
https://sourceforge.net/p/faudiostream/faustlive/ci/master/tree/Build/Windows/
has not ben updated since 2015, and the FaustLive-Windows-2.30 and
FaustLive-Windows-Jack-2.30 folders make it seem even older.
Maybe the Windows build files simply haven't been updated for years, even
though FaustLive has been changed since 2.30, and Windows 2.43 is based off
updated sources with unchanging build config? Also why is Windows latest
build at 2.43 but source code at 2.45?
I worked around this issue using the web compiler... but accidentally found
a way to DOS the website using a file that took forever to compile :(
