Hi, I'm a musician/music producer. I've also worked as a C/C++ programmer. I'm interested in Faust, mainly for developing VST/AU plug-ins on OS X. However, I'm a bit unclear as to how to get started. I've dowloaded and installed the Faust compiler using the following: git clone https://github.com/grame-cncm/faust.git cd faust git submodule update --init
make sudo make install Faust is appearing in my terminal so all's good there. I've also downloaded FaustWorks (as a binary) however I don't see anywhere in the app that produces any sort of output. If I wan't to create an VST or AU plug-in how do I do it? I've looked through the documentation but can't find much releated to this. Also, I've seen that there's been some interaction with JUCE. Are plug-ins now created via JUCE? Cheers, Chris
