Hi Virginie,
I had a similar problem; it could be that the online editor/compiler
does not target your phone, and/or some operation in the code is not
well supported by the online compiler (again, for specific phones).
I ended installing the full Android development stack on my laptop, in
order to use the faust2smartkeyb script, and it worked for me.
