There is an interesting project to use Faust to generate models for this software, see Martin Zuther ProtoFaust here: https://github.com/mzuther/ProtoFaust There is another interesting project named VCV Prototype, see https://vcvrack.com/Prototype And I've just added Faust support using libfaust + LLVM for VCV Prototype in a fork: https://github.com/sletz/VCV-Prototype See the documentation to compile, install and test here: https://github.com/sletz/VCV-Prototype/blob/master/Faust.md, on OSX for now.
